- You are an owner-occupier or private tenant
- Household income is generally £30,000 or below
OR
- You receive qualifying benefits such as:
- Universal Credit
- Pension Credit
- Income Support
- Housing Benefit
- Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA)
- Child Tax Credit (subject to limits)
Homes are generally prioritised where:
- EPC ratings are D–G
- Properties are harder to heat
- Households experience fuel poverty
Step By Step – How The Process Works
Step 1 – Check Eligibility
